This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Wilden Pets, a trading name of BUSYECOM LTD, registered in England and Wales.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting:

Once you have notified us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Return Eligibility (Change of Mind)
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- Items must be unused
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective
- Is incorrect

We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
For confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items:
- We will cover the cost of return shipping
- We will offer either a replacement or a full refund
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning items. We cannot issue a refund for items that are not received.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
